Debra Crampton, 5th Dan, Shidoin from New York Aikikai joined us today on the program. I first met Debra at the 2001 USAF Summer Camp and was thoroughly impressed with her technique. On the show, she talks about posture and balance, the Alexander Technique, and a little bit about her equestrian experience, specifically her involvement with Centered Riding®.
